Kid is having ear pain in right ear, had cold, cough and fever for for 3-4 days, but none persisting currently.. may please suggest the immediate solution, and any consultation required thereafter.

Good morning As per the history it appears to be ear congestion due to upper respiratory infection. Continue oral decongestants.Give Syp Ibugesic as per the weight of the child for immediate relief and visit an ENT specialist for further evaluation asap.
