Hello sir the degree of fever which you mention it is quite high and definitely the child needs evaluation for it I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician as Paracetamol has to be started and boss is a given according to the weight of the baby and apart from that please continue giving tepid sponges to the baby... The Widal test would be insignificant...Thank you
