My 3 month old daughter used to pass stools two times everyday r sometimes wafter every feed bit from last three days my baby has not pooped and constantly grunts and puts pressure to poop. She strains so much that she get milk coming out of her mouth and nose sometimes. I have done almost everything to help her poop ex. Exercise,belly massage, stimulation bit all in vain.She is on exclusive breastfeeding and pass urine 8-10times. A day gaining weight properly. Plz help

Sorry to hear of the trouble. Good to note she is feeding well and not dehydrated as indicated by urine output.
Maybe warm weather are heading to fluid losses leading to less amount of stool.
As long as consistency of stools are fine, sometimes babies go between 2-3days without stools.
If goes longer without stool, with either blood in stools or small dry pellet like stools or persistent vomiting with or without reduced feeds, then may need firstly medical review and then consideration for bloods/stool softeners.

1. Increase Burping time to about 20 min...after each and every feed
2. Tummy time...you can see video on Google
3. Stomach exercise...before feeding flex and extend knees over abdomen
4. No diper in day time
5 . you yourself drink lot of water to increase water content of breast milk
6.Even after all this if still gas issue not solved then give
Colimex drops 0.5 ml when severe colic
