37 weeks pregnant (severe itching)
Hi doctor. Im 36 weeks 5 days pregnant for the past 2 days i am having severe itching over my womb . I am unable to tolerate im continuously applying cream and oil but nothing is working. I am also having itching all over the body especially in thigh,butt,hand regions but the itching in belly is totally unbearable and it there throughout the day.
Should i worry about this? i have read few articles regarding this is obstetric cholestasis. I am really scared about this itching thing

It’s quite common in pregnancy. May be due to obstetrics cholestasis. Medication on prescription is advisable if it is severe.
