32x33x33mm Hemorrhagic Cyst
I have been diagnosed with 32x33x33mm (vol 18.9 cc) Hemorrhagic Cyst in right ovary. My periods have been regular meaning I get them every month for 4 days with cycle length of 30-35days. I feel little pain sensation sometimes and consulted gynaecologist for it. I have been prescribed with Krimson 35 for 21 days for 3 cycles. I am a gym freak and love working out intensively. Is there a risk if I continue to workout? I have heard about ovarian torsion and quite afraid of it. This is causing stress-buildup and would like some help from experts on what workouts to be followed and if the treatment is okay and also if this is something serious. Request your expert guidance on the same.
