Can I eat strawberry ice cream in small quantity..is this safe during pregnancy..pls suggest as this is my 32 week of pregnancy

Salmon for Omega-3 fatty acids . 5. Eggs 6. Broccoli and dark, leafy green vegetables 7. Lean meat and proteins 8. Berries . 9. Whole Grains . 10. Avocados for Monounsaturaed fatty acids 11. Dried fruit i.e prunes, Dates etc 12. Fish liver oil rich in Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA . 13. Water general guidelines recommend that pregnant women drink about 80 ounces (2-3 litres) .
