Hi doctor I am 32 week pregnant and have been diagnosed with ICP..have severe itching all over body AST 59 ALT 215 ALP 151 Bile acid -11.2 I m taking udiliv 150 mg twice a day since a week. I wanted to know do i need to take corticosteroid for babys lung development? Is it necessary at this point? With this condition can i continue my pregnancy till 38 week atleast? Thanks!
