3 year old got fever.
Today suddenly my 3 year old daughter has got fever. No one in house has fever or cold.
I gave her paracetamol 5ml. The fever is gone in 30mins. This is the first dose I gave her.
Should I be worried about covid scenario ?
P.S she went to the park yesterday and day before yesterday.

Wait and watch, Give paracetamol 6 hrly if fever .
Next Steps
If fever doesn’t settle in 2 days, then show to a nearby paediatrician

One episode of fever no need to worry
Fever could be due to other reasons not just covid
Next Steps
look for other signs like rash , vomiting, loose stool, poor appetite and activity
