Hello Sir.,
My 3 year old boy diagnose mild hydrocele . No hernia . Pediatrician refers us to surgeon. We are going today evening . I just want to know is surgery is the only treatment for it or medication is also there.
And can I wait for 1 or 2 years for surgery when by boy become older

Usually 3 years is too late for conservative management.
So most likely a survey will be required .
However no medication are available to treat this condition.
