3 year old, 2 vomits and fever
My son has almost 100 temperature goes down with paracetamol(gave twice today) had 2 vomits early morning but fever is returning. No vomits since morning but fever persists.

It looks like viral fever, this fever might remain for 3-4 days. Good part vomiting has stopped. Just continue with paracetamol which you can give 4 hourly if temperature is more than 100.
