He is on formula mostly during the day at night I try to feed him breast milk but due to insufficient amount his hunger is not satisfied. Can I give collicaid to him ? Hello. I am not happy the way you are handling your child. Use breast feedonly. That is best.  Just give bonisan syrup half a spoon twice aday.  Follow hygiene.

Hello. Looks like evening colic as he cries mostly in night time with disturbed sleep. It's ok to give Drops Colicaid 0.5ml as and when needed for his incessant cry. But, no formula feeds at all as he is just 3 weeks old and breastfeeding is best milk for him. So , continue your exclusive breastfeeding followed by proper burping( patting on back) for atleast 8-10min.
Next Steps
stop topfeeds and give only your breastfeeds.
