3 months baby gas is stinky smell
Hi Sir/madam
My baby is having 3 months old and gas is very bad smell.formula feed 70% and 30% breast feed.
Please let me know is this normal or need to visit the doctor.(40 hours he hasn't done bathroom).

It is common for children to not pass stools for a couple of days or even more but tha abdomen should be soft and kindly make sure your preparation techniques of formula feed are correct as erroneous dilution may lead to constipation.Also burp well after each feed and watch for any altered colour vomiting . Consult if baby is very cranky or vomits
