3 month old doesn't sleep at night
My baby is 3 & half months old. He sleeps long hours during the day but takes cat naps at night and wakes up every other hour. I have tried to change his sleeping schedule by waking him up and trying to keep him awake in the morning but he gets extremely cranky when I wake him up in the morning and it gets extremely difficult to get him back to sleep. This is giving me nightmares as I'm due to start working in September and if this continues I don't know how I'll manage my work. Please let me know how I can create a sleeping schedule for a 3 month old. Thanks in advance

It’s better advised not to alter sleep patterns of babies as comparing with adults. Once circadian rythm is adjusted they will adjust.
