3 miscarriage,at 4 weeks,lupus positive
My sister had 3 miscarriages at 4-5 weeks and did almost all tests and found out positive for lupus. Now she is under hydroxychloroquine treatment. Is it safe and can she continue even after getting positive for pregnancy? Is there is any other better treatment? They have done karyotyping and many other tests and everything seems to be normal. It will be really helpful if some expert in this field can give valuable suggestions.

I would suggest her to try conceiving again after 6 months and start low dose aspirin or ecosprin right from beginning and also low molecular weight heparin. Pregnancy has to be followed really carefully after that.
