3.7 mm kidney stone in right kidney .
Hi , I drink so much water every single day. Why did I get this stone . Iam married for 1 year now . I am very much worried of this stone. What should I do for stone to be passed away with urine. What foods should I avoid ? I eat healthy all the time. Why did I got this stone?

Hi Upto 14% of people in India especially the so called Stone Belt tend to have tendency for recurrent kidney stones. If small stones in the kidney you might to wait and continue conservative measures. If the stone is large/ further down the urinary tract you will need Urologist opinion on certain interventions. Also we need to certain blood and urine tests to see if correctable cause is present.

Depends on where the stone is, kidney or ureter. Few people hav genetic tendency for stone formation. Diet depends on the type of stone..in general, avoid red meat, spinach, tomato, shellfish
