3.65 tsh in 28th week of pregnancy
I was detected hypothyroidism before pregnancy and was taking thyronorm 50mcg. When pregnancy was confirmed my tsh was 8.1 for which I was referred to endocrinologist and he rose the dose initially to 88mcg n then to 75mcg as 88 was a bit high. Since December 2018 I was taking thyronorm 75mcg and my tsh level were within range. In 26thweek I was detected gdm with ogct 172 and glucose positive in urine and tsh was 2.04. I was put on gdm diet and after 2weeks of diet my sugar level dropped as 79fasting and 127pp, but now tsh have risen to 3.65( in this 2weeks duration there has been some travelling n was a bit stressed). I am at a location where no endocrinologist is available. My concern is this that should I continue with 75mcg dosage or should increase the dose to 88mcg. Please suggest.

You should increase the dose to 88.
