2nd time conceive problem
I'm 35. I have anterior intramural fibroid sized 1cm. Can this cause infertility?. Im planning for second baby since 1 year. My AMH is 2.8 and HSG normal. Please advise if this type of fibroid can cause infertility? Can I conceive naturally or will IUI help me conceive?

Yr fibroid is intramural so plz tell me weather its touching the endometrial cavity or not if its encroaching endometrium then u should first remove the cause. If not go for iui and yr husband semen report if normal

1cm. Fibroid should not cause much problem. You have to do husband's blood and semen test . Do ovulation monitoring with timed IC. If no result for 2months ,go for IUI.

see position of fibroid is important....if its in cavity ..it will cause abortion and infertility ...if its in muscle of uterus then dont even think about the fibriod ..it will not affact...consult your gynac
