Hii,
I am 31yrs old right now. I have done my 1st abortion at the age of 28 through pills (consulted by gynaecologist)the fetus was around 1month at that time.. Now again I want to abort, the fetus is again around 1month... So just want to know the side-effects and wheather will l face any pregnancy issue in future.. and doing abortion 2nd time is safe or not...

If there is any contraindications for carry out your pregnancy then u can think for abortion, it may harm your future pregnancy.
First of all go for ultrasonography study then further managment will be planned
