2nd pregnancy
I want to plan another baby. 1st child is 2.5 yrs old. Taking folic acid regularly. What else do i keep a tab on. Periods have lately become irregular. Height 5'4" and wt is 64. No other alignments.

Folic acid is good. Continue. Start exercising, weight loss of upto 4-6 kgs might help in getting periods regularly. Test for prolactin and thyroid hormones to rule out any hormonal issue that might interfere in getting pregnant. Get a basic ultrasound done to rule our any causes of irregular menses. Keeping Coburg during fertile period is very important if planning for pregnancy .
