2nd IUI process
Hello, my wife underwent here 2nd iui process 16 days back. She usually gets her period between 15 and 17th everymonth however this time she has not got her period yet. Post the IUI process doctor gave dupheston 10mg till 15th of aug 2020 after that she was asked to stop taking the medication. Today when she went for urination couple of times she got very dark brown thick discharge which is not usual with her, because if it was her initial period discharge, it used to be liquidy and slimy. We did a pregnancy test using a kit today morning and only got one line on it. Now we are really not sure what should we do next. Please advise.

upt can be negative in early pregnancy..
so you can wait.. for atlist 5 to days..
Next Steps
don't stop suddenly duphastone.. it should be if you have normal period .. normal flow..
because many of time stopping it can make withdrawal bleeding..
it was given for lutial phase support..
