Hi , nothing to worry about. A 2mm calculus in the upper pole is generally not a problem. However if it movea down in the ureter, then it cam cause pain, blood in urine , etc. Also whether you are married or unmarried, stone treatment is same. Drink plenty of fluids and dont forget to consult a urologist for follow up.
