  4. 2d ECHO and ecg. I am worried. pls help.

2d ECHO and ecg
I was facing anxiety and sleeplessness. Dr. Prescribed ecg and 2d Echo. Ecg was normal. There is something mentioned in the echo report MILD MR Trace Tr( RVSP 23 mmhg). I am worried. Pls help.
