To diagnose gestational diabetes, we use the 2 Hr value. A value of 116 is normal. You do not have gestational diabetes as evident from this result. Eating healthy food is always good, specially in pregnancy. So having fruits, fibre, vegetables and fish, red meat, along with plenty of fluids will help.
