Higher Glucose Pregnancy
Hello my wife is pregnant 32 weeks now. Her glucometer readings are 87 to 90 fasting, 106 to 125 2 hr after lunch and 122 to 147 2 hr after dinner. My question is readings are higher at night, how to overcome it? Anything to worry?. Current insulin dose is 6 unit at morning just before breakfast and 8 unit at just before lunch. Plz advise.

Avoid rice and potatoes at night.  Even though reading high in night still in acceptable range. Not to worry.

Hi, nothing to worry with stated glucose levels as after dinner longer period without food to pass. She is safe with that level for surely not going in hypoglycemia.
