27F- pea size lump near my anus.

I have a pea size mass near my anus. I can feel it sometimes while wiping off. It's not always there, I mean it sometimes goes inside anus and I can't feel it then.there is no pain or any kind of blood spot in my motion . Is it hemorrhoids? I am not sure when I felt it first time . I think it was at the time of my pregnancy. Should I see a doctor.
