27 month road. Is Tetnus needed?
He got hurt while playing on the road today. He got a bruise n cut on his knee with bleeding. His skin got peeled.
Cleaned him with Dettol and put Soframycin Skin Cream. Bandaid on top for now.
Applied sarso oil with haldi around the wound.
My question is.. anything else needed?
Do i need to get a tetnus injection done for him? Please suggest further.

Tetanus injection is must,
If it is a small wound after cleaning with dental simple bandaid is enough, no need of cream, haldi,oil etc,

Inj Tetvac is a must.
He also needs systemic Antibiotics and pain killer.
He also needs that dressing should be replaced after 48 hours.
