26 days baby has mucus in poop

Dear Docs, My baby is 26 days old...she feed only formula milk...yesterday and today I noticed she passes solid potty which ednds up with colourless wattery mucus...she passes stool 3 to 4 times in a day...yesterday two times and today one time I see this..she is in nan pro stage one...her body weight is 3 kg 440 at 23 days..Her birth weight 2 kg 950... Please help
