25 week pregnancy cervix length 23mm
The gynecologist is telling that the baby is at the mouth of cervix the stitch can't be given she recommended that to take 3days bedrest baby will move a little up then the stitch is possible in the mean while the baby will be safe or not what precautions can be taken in this regard I'm attaching tiffa scan report for reference

The baby may not move up With funnelling of membranes n consequent inability to put in a stitch you might end up with  rupture of membrane and labour Rest and stitch are the only two options
