23rd week of pregnancy less fluid
Dear doc, it happened that on Jan 3rd, anomaly scan was happened and was fine, Jan 31st repeat anomaly scan said the lequid AFI is 2.00 and baby is 288 gms. I week later on 07th feb, lequid remained the same ime 2.00 but baby weight is increased to 385 gm.. please advise

1) Share the report . Start taking L-arginine - one sachet daily - after dissolving in water -twice daily -after food —7days 2) alanine forte tablet- one daily -30 days Apart from other supplements. Her BP Get one colour Doppler done and share the report .

See a fetal medicine specialist to analyse the sonography report...as low afi can also suggest some congenital problem...all the best

In a anomaly scan  if AFI  is 2.00,u need  to  do further  evaluation.  Do Level  3 scan  by an Ultrasound expert .
