21 weeks - breathing
I am 21st week . Yesterday due to mosquito issue I put mosquito liquid and slept through night . However I realised I closed my mouth and slept . Then I had pillow under my tummy for support , I felt like I pressed stomach too much against tummy . So I felt like I didn't breathe. Morning I noticed , while breathing I am not voluntarily moving stomach in and out . Am I breathing enough for my baby .21 weeks currently

Hi. You should sleep with your mouth closed only , breathing from nose . No need to move your tummy in and out during breathing . Please breathe normally and all will be fine .
