20 mont. baby, vomit, dirreah, stomach.

My daughter is 20 months old, she did not pee last week for above 24 hrs, the nxt day she did, and did vomit, the same day and was having fever 102up and down, we went to pediatritian, he gave us meds vomitab, calpol, and an antibiotic for the infection, for past three days the urine was normal, fever gone the third day, loose motions started post antibiotic(also befor the medic she was severly constipated) now almost after 6 days, she vomited twice today, no fever, diarreah may be finishing but still went 3-4 times today, (yesterday above 8times). And no Urination since afternoon, Need help, her antibiotic is twice a day, fevr and vomitab stopped yesterday, she puked once before meds in the morning, and second immediately after taking the antibiotic tonight..please help
