My 2 year baby girl is after taking every food she is pooping like little bit of watery.last 1week per day she is pooping 4-5 times am really worried about that do i have to consult my pediatrics or is it normal ...but she is very active

Better option is to consult a paediatrician just to assess the hydration status of the baby. But in case that is not possible then assess it by your self my counting the no of times she is passing urine, if that has decreased then she might be going into dehydration. As per diagnosis it could be Toddler’s Diarrhoea which is mainly because of more carbohydrate intake in diet.

Ensure good amount of urine output for the baby, keep the baby well hydrated. Watch for foul smell/ blood in stool/ decreased urine output, if any consult a pediatrician.
