2 months Postpartum no weightloss
Hi mam I'm breast feeding mother of 2 month kid.. though I'm taking healthy meal and walking an hour daily I'm not losing my pregnancy weight... can u please suggest what else I can do to lose weight without affecting my milk supply.. My diet: Bfast: idlys 2 and milk Lunch: paneer/ chicken/ eggs with Dalia and cup curd Snack: a fruit Dinner: oatmeal/ roti s 2

Hi! Your body has hndergone lot of changes during pregnancy so it requires a proper routine of balanced diet and workout. Adding only 1 or 2 food groups cannot help Like in lunch if u eat paneer and roti , this is not a balanced diet u have to combine it with good amount of green veggies + healthy fat

Gud morning pls try to follow a healthy balanced diet with some light forms of exercises minimum of 30mins daily with adequate water intake minimum of 2.5ltrs per day including other liquid food items.
