2 month old formula fed
My baby is gaining 1.3kg each month. His birth weight was 3.5 kg. He is formula fed. Can I dilute the formula and give the baby. Can I add 10ml to 30ml in one scoop and give the baby. What would be effects if I dilute the formula. Please suggest.

You have to get the baby checked we need to do some test and see please visit a pediatrician normal gain is 800 grams per month and weight doubles at 5 months
So we need to rule out any syndrome
