2 month old baby
My son is 2 months 3 days old. He was born at 36 w 4 days. He doesn't seem to be interested in making eye contact or is interested in looking at faces. Other can that he is an active baby. Coos, tracks mobile phone, very rarely smiles. Tracks us from a distance. I am extremely concerned about autism. Plz advice

Autism is unlikely to present so early... but not having face regard or smiling at familiar faces is a cause for concern... u should consult your pediatrician for better assessment...
