Hi... I know it is hard to understand and accept but the possibility is that those voices are in your head. Your mind is creating them. Clinically it is called 'Auditory Hallucination' which is quite common in 'Schizophrenia'.
Please get immediate medical attention. Consult a Psychiatrist for proper examination and diagnosis. He will prescribe you medication (antipsychotics) and these voices will be gradually gone. The medication will continue for sometime and meanwhile you will have to start Psychotherapy/Counselling with a good Psychologist/ Clinical Psychologist.
Medication will suppress the Hallucinations (voices in head) and Delusions (false beliefs) and therapy/counselling will help you understand your condition and treatment better, will help you resolve your psychosocial issues, and will help you develop strategies to counter your day to day struggles and tasks.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist and a Psychologist/ Clinical Psychologist.
