2 doses of Betnasol taken at 30 weeks
Hi I'm currently 34weeks 2 days pregnant. I have taken two doses of betnasol 24 hours apart at 30 weeks. Just in case if my delivery happens this week (35) or next week (36) , do I need betnasol again? Will there be a problem for the baby or me if I deliver now?

Yes the injection needs to be repeated again before 36 weeks because the effect of this injection does not last more than a month At 35 weeks the lung maturity of the baby is not adequate and will require Icu  stay
