Hi all,
I had accident on feb-2019 due to that femur get fracture and thigh is get burst then rod is inserted. Now, able to do all after an year but not running and muscle is weak and nowadays, weather change affect me now pain, inflammation all over the femur and nearer to knee. In few days, i am not able to walk without limp n pain.
Please suggest some supplements that increase bone strength and muscles formation .some of suggested prefer collagen supplement which or bone broth (but i am vege).
Please see picture and suggest some exercise and supplement that help me to get back my normal strengthening before fracture.

Hello dear
I expect your bone to have united by now , however an x-ray confirmation is necessary. You need to do the entire spectrum of exercises for your leg including quadriceps, hamstrings, glutei, calves and core strengthening.
Do quadriceps exercises
Share fresh x ray femur AP and lateral view.
