My kid has turned one. Till now have not started milk(cow milk). Planning to start now. Any suggestions on quantity (in ml) and timings on the day to feed will really helpful. Thanks!!

Ideal time to start cows milk is after 1 year. So you can give it now. Start low and go slow.
Give 50 to 100 ml first . if OK then increase quantity . you can initially give once daily and then increase to two to three times a day .
