1year old-Milk Quantity and Time to feed
My kid has turned one. Till now have not started milk(cow milk). Planning to start now. Any suggestions on quantity (in ml) and timings on the day to feed will really helpful. Thanks!!

Ideal time to start cows milk is after 1 year. So you can give it now. Start low and go slow.
Give 50 to 100 ml first . if OK then increase quantity . you can initially give once daily and then increase to two to three times a day .

Dairy in any form is not essential for the growth and development of children
Carbohydrates, proteins, fats and calcium is present in all other foods as well.
But if you want to start your child on milk, about 250-500 ml of per day should suffice if other food intake is adequate and best given in between meals.
