You can eat anything. But, avoid rich fast food, spicy food. Food rich in iron to be taken more like green vegetables, green banana.

Kindly try more of green leafy vegetables as they have good amount of nutrients. Also kindly take vit b12 and iron tablets which are essential during and post pregnancy.

Only avoid papaya & pineapple Rest include enough carbohydrates,proteins(atleast 2 katori cooked daal),amino acids (walnut,5 almonds)in your diet along with good hydration ( 2.5 to 3 litres per day) Don't forget to take folic acid 5 mg for first 3 months
