1month old baby dry lips
Hi doctor my 1month old baby boy's lips are slightly dry always. does it mean he is dehydrated? or something else. He passes normal frequency of urine and stool whole day but lips remain dry.

Try normal ghee which we use daily in kitchen for local application.

What is normal frequency it is 5-6 times per day. Dry lips can be due to decreased humidity in the room air.
Next Steps
Keep a vessel containing water below the air sources like ceiling fan and don’t try to give plain water as it may lead to diarrhoea.
