1m old baby vomiting milk after breastfe

Hi doctor asking for full term baby with 3.4kg birth weight my 1month old baby boy vomited milk thrice today after breastfeeding even after burping. is it normal?? can he have cold?? can vomit happen due to cold??

Thank you for your query Occasional vomiting or spitting up of feeds is okay and nothing to worry about 1. Continue breast feeding 2. Watch for other symptoms like fever, cough or poor feeding 3. If vomiting persists or becomes worse please consult your Pediatrician
