18 year old with anxiety.

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Hello My 18 year old has been on 4 different ssri's for anxiety. Currently he is on Citalopram for 4 months. (20mg) He has had no relief from anxiety and sleeps all day.Up all night. Should he increase dose or change meds. Do they even work for his age. His anxiety is mainly social. He has not been able to work or attend school.
