Colonoscopy shows I have bulging appendix orofice.
The small tumour has not grown in size during the last 2 years.
Should I continue to watch it?
Or, have surgery to remove the appendix, fine, but I am concerned they will remove my ileoceacal valve also due to its close proximity - I fear it might be needless, as the tumour may be benign.

If CT scan shows a tumour in appendix or caecum..it needs to be removed surgically..there is no significance of ileocaecal valve...tumour at that place anyways will destroy it's function
