14mm hyperdense focus in upper ureter.
A size of hyperdense focus 1.42cm×1.02cm seen in upper ureter L4 vertebral body causing dilation, as I attached the report. Kindly suggest can I remove it by surgery by 2to 3 month later. I don't have any history of pain.

Stone in urinary passage (ureter) may or may not always cause pain symptom.
It may cause urinary tract infection and infection&, functional derangement of the affected kidney.
Functional study like IVP or CT Urography may help to determine any renal function damage caused by obstruction .
As kidney is a vital organ,all attempts should be made to safeguard it's function
