Sir, My 14 year son who is studying in class 8th do not concentrate in his studies. Although all of his teacher never complaint about him all say he use to be attentive in his class but academic result is never satisfied

"Result never satisfied" is very subjective. Nevertheless it would be helpful to have an open discussion with your son regarding his your expectations and how you could support him in achieving them, if he wishes.
