14 wk pregnant. Missed 3 dose glycomet
Hello doctor, I am 14 weeks pregnant with thyroid and pcod. My 3 month blood sugar level showed little high so, I am prescribed to use glycomet 500 mg. I have been using glycomet since 15 days and had checked my sugar levels again. My hba1c is 5.4, FBS is 85. I had missed 3 days of my glycomet 500. But now resumed taking it without fail. I am now worried about this 3 days missing of glycomet. Please let me know.

Be assured 3 days of missed dose with the given sugar readings will not cause any problem. But do take care that u continue to check the sugars at home and maintain it within the range fasting around 90 and post food1hr around 140 and 2 hr around 120. Hba1c is not useful for monitoring glycemic control in GDM
