14 months baby boy having cleft palate issue,need advise,should i leave that issue to grow by itself or have to for plastic or cosmetics surgery ,pls advise

It will not heal by itself. U need to consult a plastic surgeon or an oral and maxillofacial surgeon
SPEcialized in cleft cases. This is baby's whole life issue . He will have whole life speech, eating, breathing problems other than aesthetics

If it is a cleft palate , dont leave it to close by itself. Please visit an oral surgeon / pedodontist so that proper surgeries can be scheduled and regular speech therapy can be done.
