13th week in pregnancy
Hello, I am in 13th week and my blood pressure keeps fluctuation. I don't know why? I keep monitoring at home sometimes it is within the range and sometimes it goes to 135/80. What could be reason how to manage this? Pls advice

The values you have mentioned are normal
BP records do fluctuate that is a normal thing
If they go beyond 140 by 90 you need medication

There is nothing much to worry about...but if bp goes above 140/90 then visit your gynecologist for starting medication
