1200mg ibuprofen 18 year old female
I accidentally took 1200mg of ibuprofen and I don't know if it'll have any effect. I weigh around 180lbs

If you are not having vomiting pain in abdomen and burning sensation in upper abdomen you need not worry but is always advisable to visit ER in hospital for possible stomach wash and antidotes. In the mean time please take milk(cold) till you visit a hospital.

Take Antacids to reduce GI bleeding. Normal dose is 400mg. Toxic dose is more than 3200mg
